User Data Deletion Instructions

Effective Date: 6/5/2026

IndieRocket (a service of Tiny Red Pixel Ltd) lets you delete your account and all associated data yourself, at any time, directly from the app. You do not need to email us or contact support.

How to Delete Your Account

1. Sign in to IndieRocket at indierocket.app/sign-in.
2. Open the Subscription page from your account menu.
3. Scroll to Delete Account and click the delete button.
4. Confirm the two-step warning prompt. Once confirmed, deletion is immediate and irreversible.

What Gets Deleted

When you complete the in-app deletion flow, the following are removed from our systems:

• Your Firebase Authentication record (including Facebook Login / email sign-in identity).
• Your user profile, settings, and stored preferences.
• All artists, tracks, albums, playlists, and virtual playlists you created.
• All campaigns, ad statistics, EPK configurations, and social posts.
• All smart-link visits, outbound clicks, bookings, and interest-performance records tied to your artists.
• Connected-service tokens (Spotify, Meta / Facebook, Instagram) — we can no longer access any of those accounts on your behalf.
• Your Stripe customer record. Any active subscription is cancelled.

Removing IndieRocket from Facebook Alone

Removing IndieRocket from your Facebook Apps and Websites settings will revoke our access to your Facebook data, but it does not delete your IndieRocket account. To fully erase your data from IndieRocket, use the in-app deletion flow above.

What May Be Retained

For legal, tax, and fraud-prevention reasons, a small amount of information may be retained after account deletion:

• Billing records: Invoices and payment records held by our payment processor (Stripe) are retained as required by UK accounting and tax law.
• Anonymised analytics: Aggregate, non-identifying usage metrics may remain in our analytics systems.

Nothing retained can be used to identify you personally.
