Welcome to IndieRocket. By creating an account, accessing our website, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

1. Our Services

IndieRocket provides music marketing tools, including smart links, pre-save pages, ad automation, and analytics ("Services"). We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these Services for your personal or professional music career.

2. User Content & Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: You retain full ownership of all music, artwork, lyrics, videos, and other content ("User Content") you upload or link to via IndieRocket.
  • License to Us: By uploading User Content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute it solely for the purpose of providing the Services (e.g., displaying your album art on a Smart Link).
  • Warranty: You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses for all User Content you upload. You strictly agree NOT to upload pirated music, unauthorized samples, or content that infringes on any third party's rights.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse IndieRocket. Prohibited actions include:

  • Uploading malware, viruses, or harmful code.
  • Using the platform for phishing, spamming, or deceptive practices.
  • Buying fake streams or engaging in "stream farming" activities.
  • Reverse engineering or attempting to hack our systems.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.

4. Third-Party Platforms

IndieRocket integrates with platforms like Spotify, Apple Music, and Meta (Facebook/Instagram).

  • No Affiliation: We are an independent tool and are not affiliated with these platforms.
  • Compliance: You are responsible for complying with the Terms of Service of any platform you connect to (e.g., Meta Advertising Policies).
  • Liability: We are not responsible for any actions taken by third-party platforms against your accounts (e.g., ad account bans, track takedowns) resulting from your use of their services, even if facilitated by our automation.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Billing: Services are billed on a subscription basis (monthly or annually).
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. You will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.
  • Refunds: We generally do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, but exceptions may be made for technical failures on our part.

6. Liability Disclaimer

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS." INDIEROCKET DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT MARKETING CAMPAIGNS RAN THROUGH OUR PLATFORM WILL ACHIEVE SPECIFIC RESULTS (E.G., SPECIFIC NUMBER OF STREAMS OR ROI).
